    Interesting topic during yesterday’s TV news in Belgium on the increase of using social media (especially Twitter) to express dissatisfaction with a company. Complaints via Twitter get priority because “it is so visible to everyone”. Interviewed company is even extending customer support hours specifically for complaints via social media.
